1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowentech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Flowentech provides AI automation, business software, custom development and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline and pricing of each project are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom software and deliverables created specifically for their project. Flowentech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks used in development.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each project proposal. Typically, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the project lifecycle. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business data, technical details and project specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flowentech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
